ORDERING - Orders are shipped 1 week from the day the order is received. If for some reason we cannot ship in a week, we'll let you know.
SHIPPING - Our charges for shipping are $6.00 for the first item and .50 for each item after. We use UPS, FedEx and the Postal service. You will normally receive you order within 1 week from the day we ship.
RETURNS - Occasionally returns are necessary. Please notify us so that we can give you a return number. This will help speed up the process. Returns must be requested within 30 days from receipt of your order. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days from receipt of your return.
CANCELLATIONS - If your order hasn't been shipped, e-mail us at rmichalsky@wi.rr.com and we'll cancel at no cost to you.
